Citizens want smart meters, good airquality, to be infomed.

iTesseract smartController can be used to monitor water supplies. End to end. From the main inlets to supplies. For example a mall can monitor main inlets from municipality, to individual shop inlets. Even use this to do billing. smartCotnrol smart water meter solution provides te following information:

Water usage in liters.
Per minute, per hour, per day, per week, per month.
Today realtime, compared to yesterday, per hour. This gives you a template per hour, to compare to yesterday.
Visual indaction of leaks.
Visual indication of pipe bursts.
Realtime visuals to compare usage for the day up to now, to budget given for day.

smartControl also used for electricity. Also from main supply to sub metering of buildings, shops, machines. smartControl smart power metering gives the following information:

Electricity usage in amps, KWH.
Per minute, per hour, per day, per week, per month.
Today realtime, compared to yesterday, per hour. This gives you a template per hour, to compare to yesterday.
Visual indaction of spikes of amps.
3 Phase up to 10000 amps. Or one phase up to 75 amps.
Visual indication of power outages.
Realtime visuals to compare usage for the day up to now, to budget given for day.
Forecasts money spend for the month. And per day.
Heatmaps of over usage, per hour per day for the month.

Temperature control is a very important aspect of any environment, and management of fascilities are legally accountable. For example Food lovers Market was closed down for a couple of days last year, countrywide, on failure of temperature control. Four years ago Woolworths stores were given notice of closure, if they could not get temperatures under control. Especially where people and food are concerned.

Smallholdings automation - Electricity and borehole automation

Most small holdings has businesses running from it, and people living on the premises. Sometimes even more than one family. Face it, to afford living on small holding you need to maximise your revenue you can generate from it. You have the space right? With having a small holding with businesses running from it, and probable a rental or two, the cost add up quickly to provide water and electricity. And it can quickly become your biggest expense. So if it is a large expense, shouldn't you closely manage it? That is where iTesseract comes in. With iTesseract controllers you can add water level sensors for reservoirs, and control the borehole on and off. All automated and visible every moment on your smartphone. Never let the pumps run dry, people without water or reservoirs running over. When the reservoir reaches critical level, your borehole will be switched on. When the reservoir is filled, your borehole pump will be switched off. Unlike legacy systems out there that does this today, iTesseract gives you information on your smartphone, like: Up to four levels When pump was switched on, or off Duration pumps were on Whether the pump is on right now, or off Temperature and Humidity at controller or site And you can switch pumps on from your phone The next big expense that is linked to how much water you are pumping, is electricity usage. iTesseract can measure consumption of your total electricity usage of the main incoming, sub metering per house, workshops and factories.
